Lane Tech’s annual Open House will be held on Sunday, November 3 from 9:00-11:00am for students interested in the Academic Center, and from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for students interested in Lane Tech High School. Open House is an opportunity to meet Lane Tech teachers, current students, and administration, and learn more about our curriculum, athletics, and student life. We will be showcasing each of our academic departments, along with our state-of-the-art Aquaponics lab, STEM wing, sound engineering studio, Digital Art and Sculpture Lab, Robotics Lab, Maker’s Lab, and much more. Current Lane Tech students will take families on guided tours of the building and talk about their experiences at Lane Tech and all that we have to offer. Each academic department will be represented, and interested students can ask questions and get more department specific information, including class offerings and placement. Coaches and student athletes will be available in the main gym to answer questions about athletic teams. The majority of our staff members are present each year, making Open House a great opportunity to meet your future teachers!
