This piece is a rewrite of Antonio Vivaldi’s famous piece, “Winter” from The Four Seasons. It uses the Baroque musical style that was common in the 1720s when the piece was first written, which was a fun challenge for our students to master. Students from the Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 Orchestras (3rd & 4th year players) rehearsed and recorded their parts at home, and their recordings were combined to create this Winter Concert Recording.
