The Rise of the Champions: Lane Tech Breaks Into the Super 25

Lane Tech (17-15) has officially debuted at No. 22 in the Super 25, the Chicago Sun-Times’ definitive weekly ranking of the top high school teams in the Chicago area. The team is powered by a dynamic sophomore duo: Anais Harris, a dominant rebounder (7.6 RPG) and finisher, and Vega Ransom-Marks, a playmaker averaging 13.5 points. Lane looks to carry this momentum into Tuesday’s sectional semifinal against Maine South for a chance to play for the title.
