Lane Tech LSC Parent Vacancy Notification – 8/1/2023

The Lane Tech Local School Council would like to announce a parent position opening (vacancy due to graduate) for the remainder of the 2023/24 school year. 

Getting involved in the LSC is a fantastic opportunity to actively participate in Lane Tech’s vibrant community. By joining the LSC, you’ll have the chance to build strong connections with the administration team, staff, fellow parents, student members, and community members while playing a crucial role in constructing the success of our school.

Interested Candidates: Please download  LSC Vacancies (cps.edu) or obtain the Nomination Packet (located at the school’s main office, enter Door M or N). Submit the completed Nomination Packet in person to Lane Tech’s Main Office – Attention: Jessica Campos and bring the correct forms of ID as listed on the LSC vacancy website. 

Deadline to Apply: Friday, September 1, 2023 – 3:00 PM 

Your speech at  Public Participation on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. is highly valued. As a candidate, you will be noted on the Agenda and Meeting Minutes.

 The LSC will conduct a vote to determine the candidate on September 7, 2023, at the 6:00 p.m. meeting in Room 113.
