Lane Tech Economics Team Takes First Place

Congratulations to the Lane Tech Economics Team for taking first place in the Federal Reserve Challenge! Elijah Jackson, Em Molina, Ailey Kinsella, Imene Chafai, and Dylan McMullin gave a live 15 minute presentation to economists at the Fed analyzing the current state of the economy and developing policy recommendations based on their forecast. They were selected first out of teams from Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana in the Bernanke division. Their presentation was thoughtful, germane, and infused with humor.
